Terms of Use
The present User Agreement (further Agreement) regulates relations between the owner of allphonesinfo.com (further ALPI or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other hand.
The site allphonesinfo.com is not a mass media.
 
By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the site ALPI!
 

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

 
The user has the right to:
- to search for information on the site,
- receive information from the site,
- distribute information on the site,
- copy information to other sites indicating the source,
- demand from the administration to withhold any information about the user,
- demand from the administration to suppress any information submitted by the user to the site,
- use the information of the site for personal non-commercial purposes,
- use the information of this site for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration.
 
Administration has the right:
- At its own discretion and need to create, modify, cancel rules,
- restrict access to any information on the site.
 
User undertakes:
- Ensure the accuracy of the information provided,
- not to disrupt the performance of the site,
- not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive materials, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of current legislation 
- Do not use scripts (programs) for automated data collection and / or interaction with the Site and its Services.
 
The Administration undertakes:
- Maintain the performance of the Site, except in cases where it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration,
- Provide comprehensive protection for the User's account,
- provide all available information about the User to the public authorities in the cases stipulated by law.
 

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

- the administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties,
- in case of force majeure (warfare, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.). The administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
  

TERMS OF AGREEMENT  

This Agreement comes into force at any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be effective upon the appearance of its new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement at its sole discretion.
The Administration does not notify users about the changes in the Agreement.
